My Top Pick

Vatrer 48V 100Ah Battery
The battery delivered 104Ah in my capacity test. Inside are Cornex cells with laser-welded busbars and a JBD BMS with a 70mA balancing current. It stayed cool during a 100A discharge test, and the low-temperature charging protection worked as it should. I really like the simple built-in screen, which shows individual cell voltages without needing to open the app. The downsides are no inverter communication, no UL certification, and only one temperature sensor. If you’re off grid and don’t need either, it’s great value, and a heated version is available.
