Diagnostic report
If your battery does not connect, copy this report and include it when you report the problem. It lists the Bluetooth services your battery offers and the data it sent. It contains no personal information.
Requirements and troubleshooting
This tool uses Web Bluetooth, which works in Chrome, Edge and Opera on Windows, Mac, Android, Linux and Chromebooks. Safari and Firefox do not support it. On an iPhone or iPad, install the free Bluefy browser from the App Store and open this page in it.
Close the battery’s own app first (and make sure no other phone is connected to it), because the battery accepts only one Bluetooth connection at a time. Stay within a few meters of the battery.
If your battery does not appear in the list, tick the box below and try again, then pick your battery by its Bluetooth name. The tool works out which type of BMS it has by itself.
Some JBD batteries are protected with a Bluetooth password set in the app. Those are not supported yet.
